4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframes. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

4.2. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Charvi Tradelinks pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

4.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.

5.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It needs to be in its original package as well.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame after we receive and inspect the returned product.

6. Warranty

6.1. Our products come with a 1-year off-site warranty on booster pumps, SMPS, and consumable filters, starting from the date of purchase.

6.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6.3. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a description of the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Charvi Tradelinks will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.

7.2. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you have paid for the product that caused the loss or damage.
